Is there really a free trial?

Yes. Every Starter, Operate, and Scale plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected upfront so there's no gap when the trial ends, but you won't be charged until then. Cancel any time during the 7 days and you'll never be billed.

Do I need to know how to prompt AI to use Winglo?

No. That's the point. Winglo is designed so you interact with specialized agents (a marketing strategist, an SEO analyst, an operations officer), not a blank prompt box. You communicate with them like colleagues, not AI systems.

What AI models power the agents?

Accepted Answer

Winglo agents use frontier models from leading providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI), each chosen per domain for quality and reliability. You interact with the agent's behavior, not the underlying model. Enterprise plans can request specific model pinning.

Question 4

How do agents connect to my business data?

Accepted Answer

Via OAuth, API keys, or webhooks to connectors you authorize. During beta, supported connectors include Google Analytics and Google Search Console, with more rolling out as we exit early access. You control exactly what each agent can read and write.

How does the persistent context work?

Accepted Answer

When you set up a workspace, you tell your agents about your business: goals, audience, brand voice, priorities. That context persists across every session and workflow run. Agents don't start from zero each time.

How is AI usage measured and billed?

Accepted Answer

Usage is measured by LLM tokens consumed by agent chats and report generation, not seat activity. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance: Starter 50K · Operate 150K · Scale 500K · Enterprise 2M. You can monitor usage in your dashboard under Settings → Billing, and we'll notify you before you approach your monthly limit.

What's your data retention policy?

Starter retains operational data for 30 days. Operate retains it for 1 year. Scale retains it for 2 years. Enterprise configures custom retention periods. All data is deleted within 30 days of workspace closure.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time, prorated to the day. Your data, context, and configurations are preserved.

What's included in Enterprise?

Accepted Answer

EU (Ireland) data hosting, unlimited workspaces, seats, and connectors, all agents with custom agents on request, full SSO with custom roles, dedicated infrastructure on request, procurement and DPA support, custom data retention, and a named technical partner.

What does 'early access' mean on the Scale plan?

Accepted Answer

Three Scale features ship as early-access: SAML SSO, the Public API, and custom report templates. Early-access means the surface is live for design-partner customers and we onboard you with hands-on support during configuration.
