Terms of service
The rules of
the workspace.
Effective May 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of Winglo. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Winglo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Winglo is an AI-native operational workspace platform. It enables organizations to deploy specialized AI agents that continuously monitor operational signals, draft content and reports, and surface recommendations — running autonomously within the boundaries customers configure.
The Service is currently in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change with reasonable notice.
3. Account registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@winglo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Process personal health information (PHI) on non-HIPAA-enabled workspaces
- Transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use the Service in a manner that could impair the Service or interfere with other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you provide to the Service ("Customer Data"). By using the Service, you grant Winglo a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Winglo does not use Customer Data to train foundation models. Winglo does not sell Customer Data. Your Customer Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland).
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI models to generate content including reports, drafts, recommendations, and summaries ("AI Output"). You acknowledge that:
- AI Output is provided for informational purposes and requires human review before operational use
- Winglo does not warrant that AI Output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
- You are responsible for evaluating and approving AI Output before it influences business decisions
- In regulated contexts (healthcare, financial services, legal), AI Output must be reviewed by qualified professionals
7. Subscription and billing
The Service is currently offered free of charge during the private beta period. When paid plans become available, pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated with at least 14 days notice before any charges apply to existing accounts.
Enterprise contracts are governed by separate order forms and enterprise agreements, which take precedence over these Terms for the specific terms covered therein.
8. Service availability
Winglo targets 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Status and incident information is published at status.winglo.ai.
During the beta period, the Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees.
9. Intellectual property
Winglo and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the platform, agent logic, design system, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Winglo's name, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Winglo without restriction or compensation.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may have access to confidential information of the other party. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses to protect its own confidential information, but not less than reasonable care. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winglo's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Winglo in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Winglo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and reflect the risk allocation agreed between the parties.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your workspace or contacting support@winglo.ai. Winglo may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Customer Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.
14. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
